Select a specific start day and month. (You would check into your
rental on this day).

Use the "#-week
stay" option to show only rentals that are available for that many (or
greater) consecutive weeks.

Choose the features you would like
to have in your rental. Keep in mind that choosing certain or too many
features may significantly reduce the number of results you get, while choosing too few features may return too many results.

Press the "search" button.

looking for group, mini-week, or seasonal rentals, click the appropriate
link in the submenu above the search fields to search for properties
available in that category. |

This page is where you view the
results from your search. It shows 4 properties in a row, displaying the
key features and availability of each. This layout allows you to quickly
browse your matches while minimizing page count. Navigation
At the top of the columns is the number of pages from your search,
and which of pages you are currently viewing. Click "Next Page
" and "Previous Page" to cycle through matches before and after those
currently displayed. Click
"Start Another Search" to go bck to the Search page and start over.
One of the features our search offers is the ability to search on multiple days. If you search for a
Saturday arrival, you will also see units available for Sunday arrivals. If you search for a Sunday arrival, you will also see units available for Saturday arrivals.

On this page you can see all the
information relating to the property you selected on the
comparison page. You may also
begin the booking process from
here. At the top of the details
there is the address, informal name (if any), and main photo of the
property. In the right sidebar you'll see various interior photos
of the property. To see these pictures full-size, and look at various other
property photos, click on any of the pictures, or the titles below them. A new browser
window will open up, with the picture navigation in it.
Below that are some places of interest within 2 miles of the property. To
learn more about a place, just click on it and you'll be taken to the
Area Guide, where you can view
maps, get driving directions, and more. Under this are notes specific to
the property.
Next is the feature list, where you’ll find
the majority of information about the property. Near the bottom is the
reservation section, with arrival and departure dates. Finally, the
action bar at the bottom allows you to do the following.
"Reserve" begins the booking
process for this property "Print" displays a version of
this page optimized for printing "Email" opens a new email in your email program,
with a link to the details page in the body. You can fill out the address to go to whomever you want

When you click "reserve" anywhere in
the renters section, you'll immediately be taken to the first step of
the booking process, the Rental Agreement. You must agree to this
document before continuing the process. The next step is the
confirmation of the property, dates of rental, and total cost of the
stay. Finally, you'll enter your personal and payment information which,
if successfully verified, will place the property on hold for that date
range. Shortly thereafter, you will receive a copy of your confirmation
and a transaction receipt via the email address you provided, or
first-class mail. Save these
